Meet ‘The OG’ – this beautiful Irish sea sauna is designed using Irish native woods locally sourced from Co. Wicklow making it one-of-a-kind. Our Sauna at Rise at The Cove, Greystones, Co. Wicklow opened in January 2021 and is nestled on the grounds of Tiglin overlooking the Cove Beach in Greystones.

Regular sauna use offers numerous health benefits, including improved circulation, stress reduction, muscle relaxation, and detoxification through sweating. It may also help with skin health, sleep quality, and overall well-being. However, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new wellness routine, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

Our Greystones sauna is located at Rise at The Cove, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, A63 V406. The location is easily accessible and there’s parking available on-site.

We prefer you to book in advance so you are not disappointed. Bookings are made through our Glofox system, which you can access via our website or mobile app. This ensures you have a guaranteed spot and helps us manage capacity effectively. We recommend booking early, especially for peak hours or weekends, to secure your preferred time slot.

Steve and the team are fantastic. All the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Great chats, hot sauna and all located next to an ideal swimming area. Personally best way to approach it is 15 minutes sauna, dip in the sea and finish the remainder of your session in the heat and always finish with one last dip

A great place. Sauna can be very hot be prepared over 90° today. We did two 15 minute sessions with dips in the sea in between. Right close to the sea, coffee shop with food right beside for a chat after. Lovely spot we could do with more of these around the coast.

The reception was very warm (!), the 2 guys, running it, gave me some great info on how to get the best experience, the view from the Sauna was amazing, the heat was perfect. The location was second to none, as the sea was only a few steps away. It would be amazing if this could be a permanent feature at Bray beach.
