Position Overview

As a Site Manager at Fad Saoil Saunas, you will be entrusted with overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our sauna facility. Your role involve building a team, growing a community and delivering an industry-leading sauna experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience Enhancement: Uphold service excellence by overseeing the delivery of industry-leading customer service. Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively – striving to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Community Development: Grow and strengthen the local Fad Saoil community with events, partnerships and other community focused marketing initiatives.

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of front-of-house hosts, sauna attendants, and support staff. Foster a positive work environment, build the Fad Saoil culture and conduct straining, and performance evaluations.

• Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the sauna facility, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Implement, innovate and improve standard operating procedures.

• Facility Maintenance & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facility. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and improvements as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Stay abreast of industry regulations and implement necessary protocols.

• Financial Management: Manage budgets and Key performance indicators.

• Reporting and Communication: Regular reports on key operational KPIs. Maintain clear and effective communication with senior management.

Relevant Experience, skills and availability

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Community builder – people centric, with ability the integrate and forge strong personal and organisational relationships in the local community.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities – comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and digitally.
• Enjoy the outdoors, the majority of your week will be working outside all year round.
• Flexibility to work service delivery hours where needed – including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
