The prerequisites for this role is that they have 1+ years proven experience in retail, hospitality or the sports industry, and be excellent in a customer facing environment.
• Provide high level customer service and hospitality to all guests
• Assist the community manager in daily operations and projects
• Maintain a positive can-do attitude and take initiative
• Ensure an excellent end-to-end sauna experience for all guests
• Work as a cohesive team with all Fad Saoil team members
• Maintain the distinct Fad Saoil aesthetic, atmosphere and culture at each site
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to enhance a one team culture
• Community builder – people centric, with ability the integrate and forge strong personal and organisational relationships in the local community
• Knows how to have fun – live life fully
